At GarageBuddy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workshop upgrades. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your home garage, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your GarageBuddy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
